DBSMITH says"It's unusual these days to get truly awful customer service. Smallflower is apparently just playing at online sales, they're not serious. I've written three times over several days: twice using their normal email address and once via the website form -- no reply or acknowledgement whatsoever. Tried to place an $80 order with "free" shipping (advertised) but the website was adding another $8+ for shipping. Apparently an $80 order from a repeat customer isn't worth Smallflower's attention."
DBSMITH says"Website offered "free" shipping on orders of $75 or more. I tried to place an order for $80+ but the check-out page added a fee of $8.65 (or so) for shipping. Send an email to the company to ask what the problem was and after two days had not received any reply. Sent a second inquiry today."
kelz1004 says"The site was advertising free 2-day shipping on orders over $100. I placed an order of over $350 on December 18th. I got a shipping notification that UPS received the shipment information on December 19th and that my order was not to be delivered until December 29th!!!!!!!!!!!!! 10 days after my order certainly not 2 days. And it was a Christmas present. I contacted customer support and was told that it was my fault, that I had not chosen the expedited shipping. I made the "assumption" that it was a given since there were no instructions either on the front page nor on the order page to make sure that I chose the right option. Stupid me. I should have used Amazon. I won't make this mistake again."
Edward Slade says"Received broken product. Requested replacement cap so product would stop leaking. Advised they can't if I want to return I could and REC new bottle. Condescending cust service and too much trouble with unpacked shipment. No Styrofoam or protective barrier for shipping."
